I have a tm rbz 15 degree in my bag.
Taylormade rbz 3 wood hl review.
Taylormade rbz fairway stage two 3 wood as a teaching pro i build my own clubs.
I love the confidence i have on tree or water lined par 4 s short par 4 s and long approaches all thanks to my trusty 3 wood.
It s long not far behind my driver and has a really enjoyable sound and feel.
Taylormade rbz stage2 3 wood it is long ier straight ier and easy ier last year taylormade took the golfing world by storm with their rocketballz 3 wood.
Tried out a buddies rbz 3 wood and was bombing this compared to my old 4 wood.
Between the name and the performance it was all people were talking about.
While i do believe the hype from rbz 20 yards further every year is ridiculous this club is long and very easy to hit.
When i hit the rbz 3 wood 98 of all driving holes i rarely am last to hit the next shot first and the number of fairways that i hit has increased enormously.
It really does explode off the clubface.
Or the m2 tour hl 3 wood with 16 5 of loft could be ideal.
That slot behind the face to help it flex at impact really works.
I hit it nearly as far as my driver and very straight.
That s where a forgiving 3 wood steps in to give you a safe go to shot on tight holes off the tee and that extra reach when you re just out of range of the green.
Or just the regular m2 fairway which has a bit more forgiveness in a shallower head shape.
I also hit it confidently and successfully from the deck.
I don t know about taylormade s claims of 17 extra yards i ve gained about 20 yards out of the 15 rbz over my old 3 wood.
The club looks great at address so it gives you confidence in striking the ball.
It s an awesome club and often gets me onto the par five holes in two.
This rbz 3 wood is awesome in thatbits forgiving on mishits and long off the tee and fairway.
The 3 wood perhaps read 4 wood in reality is easy to hit and does go further than my previous 3 wood.
But that s more about me rather than the taylormade m2 tour 3 wood which i think is a fantastic golf club.
